These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, policies, and responsibilities that apply when booking tours, fast boat tickets, or any services provided by Trip Nusa Nadhi. By confirming a reservation, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. These guidelines are designed to ensure safety, clarity, and a smooth travel experience for every passenger.

1. General Conditions

1.1 By purchasing a tour package or fast boat ticket with Trip Nusa Nadhi, guests are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions stated on this page.
1.2 All services provided are subject to Indonesian laws and regulations.
1.3 Trip Nusa Nadhi reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons.

2. Passenger Eligibility

2.1 Trip Nusa Nadhi services are not suitable for:

Pregnant women

Individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or serious medical issues

Infants (children under 3 years old)

2.2 Guests from the categories above who still choose to travel must sign a Release & Waiver Statement, releasing Trip Nusa Nadhi, its management, and staff from any liability arising from medical emergencies, accidents, injuries, or legal claims.

3. Safety & Compliance

3.1 All passengers must follow instructions from Trip Nusa Nadhi staff, boat crew, port officials, or authorized agents at all times.
3.2 Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund.
3.3 Passengers are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the harbor at least 30 minutes before departure.

4. Insurance Coverage

4.1 All passengers are covered by insurance in accordance with internationally recognized safety standards.
4.2 Insurance includes general compensation for accidents during the boat journey or tour activities.
4.3 Trip Nusa Nadhi is not responsible for delays or missed connections (flights, private transfers, etc.) caused by weather, natural events, port closures, or operational disruptions.

5. Cancellations & Delays

5.1 Trip Nusa Nadhi may change, reschedule, or cancel services without prior notice in circumstances including (but not limited to):

  • Bad weather
  • Port closure
  • Mechanical issues
  • Government regulations
  • Safety concerns

5.2 In such cases:

Trip Nusa Nadhi is not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by cancellation or delay.

The company is not responsible for the cost of accommodation, alternative transport, meals, or any additional expenses incurred by passengers.

5.3 The company reserves the right to transfer passengers to another boat operator if necessary for operational or safety reasons.

6. Passenger Transit

6.1 When required, passengers may be transferred to different vessels, schedules, or operators without compensation.
6.2 Trip Nusa Nadhi ensures that all partner operators meet standard safety and operational requirements.

7. Rescheduling Policy

7.1 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 x 24 hours before the departure time.
7.2 Rescheduling is subject to:

Operational conditions

Approval from Trip Nusa Nadhi

7.3 Additional charges may apply depending on the new date or schedule.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8.1 Cancellations initiated by passengers are subject to the following terms:

Cancellation within 48 hours of travel → No refund.

Cancellation more than 48 hours but less than 7 days before travel → 50% refund.

Cancellation more than 7 days before travel → 100% refund.

8.2 Refunds are not applicable for:

Late arrival

No-show passengers

Denied boarding due to eligibility or safety issues

Missed trips caused by external transport delays (flights, taxis, buses)

8.3 Processing time for refunds may take up to 7–14 business days.

9. Passenger Responsibilities

9.1 Passengers must ensure that personal belongings, documents, and valuables are safely stored. Trip Nusa Nadhi is not responsible for any loss or damage.
9.2 Passengers must inform the company of any medical conditions that may affect safety during travel.
9.3 Passengers traveling with children are fully responsible for their supervision.

10. Liability Waiver

10.1 Trip Nusa Nadhi is not liable for:

Injuries caused by negligence of passengers

Loss of personal items

Weather-related delays

Third-party operational issues

10.2 By booking with Trip Nusa Nadhi, passengers acknowledge that island tours and boat transfers carry inherent risks related to natural conditions, currents, waves, and terrain.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms are governed by Indonesian law.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
