back or other physical barriers, Infants (children under 3 years). If you still want
using the services of Trip Nusa Nadhi, you are required to bind a statement of release
Trip Nusa Nadhi and management and staff from further failure and legal action
Purchase of tickets at Trip Nusa Nadhi must agree to the following :
Passengers must comply with instructions from company employees and/or port officials and agent regarding all matters related to the service and must comply with each notice. The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passengers or goods without giving a reason. This agreement applies to Indonesian law, and the passenger agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian law.
All passengers will be covered by Insurance provided by Trip Nusa Nadhi accordingly with international recognized standards, including compensation protection. Trip Nusa Nadhi is not responsible for delays or connecting flights due to bad weather and others to travel delays.
Cancellations & Delays:
Trip Nusa Nadhi reserves the right to change the service in any way without any liability o passengers. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may arise in the event of a cancellation or delay of service. The company will not responsible in any way for the cost of any accommodation or means of travel any alternative that may arise due to cancellation or delay. Additional costs arise will be the obligation and responsibility of the passenger. The company has the right to cancel booking or reschedule at any time prior to inclement weather conditions or any circumstances unreasonable for any security reasons.
Passenger Transit:
The company has the right to transfer passengers to other operators if conditions require.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is based on seat availability and must be done 2 x 24 hours before guest departure.
Money refund:
The company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as if the order is canceled by passengers with the following conditions:
Cancellations within 48 hours of travel: no refunds.
Cancellations more than 48 hours but less than 7 days from the date of travel: 50% refund.
Cancellation more than 1 week in advance 100% refund.
